What the Role Is As a Digital Media & Creative Intern, you will play a key role in executing our digital marketing strategies. Weʼre looking for someone who loves storytelling and is excited to experiment with bringing the Growthbeans characters to life through original comics and engaging media. You will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in managing social media platforms, creating high-impact content, and analyzing performance metrics in a dynamic social enterprise environment. What You Will Be Working On A. Content Creation & Illustration Story Design: Create original comic strips based on stories of growth that resonate with our community showcasing Growthbeans mascots. Video Production: Ideate, film, and edit short-form videos/reels for Instagram and TikTok. Graphic Design: Design visually compelling materials including infographics, carousel posts, and branded assets for social media. Event Coverage: Document the smiles and stories at Growthbeans events through photos and videos, helping our online community feel like they are right there with us. B. Campaign & Community Support Campaign Execution: Support the marketing team in coordinating digital marketing campaigns 1 Intern, Digital Media & Creative Platform Management: Assist in scheduling and publishing content across social media platforms IG, TikTok, FB, Linkedin, Telegram) and ensure a uniform brand voice. Community Engagement: Monitor community sentiments and proactively interact with followers to cultivate meaningful engagements. C. Research & Trend Analysis Trend Spotting: Stay informed about emerging trends, creative styles, and innovations in social media marketing. Strategic Insights: Share data-driven recommendations and creative insights to enhance our social media presence and effectiveness. What We Are Looking For Technical proficiency: Experience in video editing Premiere Pro, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve) and design tools Photoshop, Illustrator, Procreate, Canva, Figma). Illustration & Narrative Talent: A strong ability to illustrate characters and a natural gift for storytelling - you know how to hook an audience through visuals and text. Communication: Excellent command of English with the ability to distill complex concepts into simple, relatable messages. Execution: A proactive self-starter who is meticulous, organized, and able to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines. Education: Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Media, Design, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
