_ Report directly to the COO;

_ Participate in the preliminary due diligence of business;

_ Participate in preparing the teaser, information memo and data center for projects;

_ Assist in industry research and preparing presentation materials;

_ Translate corresponding documents from English to Chinese and vice versa;

_ Assist in email responding/marketing and meeting arrangement for the COO;

_ Various ad hoc requests.
