This position is in Singapore and reports to the Group Inventory Manager, SCM

• Data entry – update and maintain inventory
• The data from the physical records are being migrated to the new in-house developed Inventory Module, need to be well established and in a seamless process.
• Discuss with Group Inventory Manger if inventory does not have any part number and assign a temporary code for the migration.
• Check with vessel on the latest ROB (remains-on-board) and update it in the system before going live.
• Assist the team in user acceptance test, rectify short-coming, to ensure conditions of the software must meet to be accepted by a user.
• Open to suggest areas of improvements, enhancing the software reliability, cost efficiency, compliance, and productivity.
• Any other ad-hoc duties/projects as assigned

Job Requirements: 

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline/studies
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• No practical experience required.
• Possesses problem-solving, organizational, analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Good communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal relationship skills
• Strict attention to detail.
• Ability to interact professionally with all organizational levels.
• Must be able to work in a team environment, including inter-departmental teams and key contact representing the organization on contracts or projects
