Helix – Business Analyst Intern

Helix is an institutional asset tokenisation infrastructure enabling banks, asset managers, Fintechs, and enterprises to launch and scale tokenised RWAs and stablecoins.

As a Business Analyst Intern at Helix, you will work directly with our Product Manager and CEO across several client platforms that we build in parallel. You will help capture what clients need, translate them into clear business and product requirements, and support projects through implementation and delivery. You will gain hands-on exposure to how Institutional Banks, Asset Managers, Fintechs, and Enterprises adopt Tokenisation Infrastructure to launch and scale Tokenised real-world assets (RWAs) and stablecoins.

This role is ideal for someone who is structured, detail-oriented and comfortable working with clients, and interested in the intersection of institutional finance, technology, and digital assets.

Key Responsibilities:  

Client Engagement & Requirements

• Join client meetings, take structured notes, and follow up on decisions and action items
• Understand client needs and translate them into requirements, user stories, and process flows
• Maintain requirements and decision logs for each client platform

Delivery Support

• Support user acceptance testing (UAT) by writing test cases, testing features and tracking issues to resolution
• Coordinate with engineering and design teams to ensure client requirements are delivered accurately
• Support project delivery across multiple client platforms and workstreams

Business & Operations Support

• Draft business proposals, client updates, presentation decks, and other project materials
• Conduct research on clients, competitors and the tokenisation landscape, including emerging use cases
• Support day-to-day project operations and administrative tasks

Business Development Support

• Support the identification and qualification of potential clients and strategic partners
• Assist with maintaining the business development pipeline and tracking opportunities through different stages
• Support outreach and follow-up with prospective clients and partners
• Help coordinate due diligence and onboarding for new business relationships 

Skill Sets and Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field
• Strong written communication, with the ability to turn complex discussions into clear, structured documentation
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills
• Comfortable communicating with clients and senior stakeholders
• Able to manage multiple tasks across different projects 

Nice-to-Haves

• Interest in FinTech, Asset Tokenization, Blockchain, or Web3
• Familiarity with tools like Azure Board, Jira, Linear, Canva, or Figma
• Prior internship or project experience in business analysis, product or consulting
