Job Description

We are looking for an intern to assist our Business Development team to grow our enterprise and corporate clientele and bring them on to the Eunoia platform and ecosystem. Our platform is well-used by several large and well known enterprises and we need you to reach out, evangelise and sign up new enterprise clients in Singapore and in the region, namely SE Asia and Australia.

Roles

  • Work with the Business Development team to develop and execute growth and marketing plans 
  • Assist in preparing, planning and putting together presentations to facilitate opportunities
  • Assist in engaging new and existing enterprise and corporate business opportunities to expand the customer base, develop new customer relationships, and meet sales targets; 
  • Assist to nurture a pipeline of opportunities and driving them to closure, through responding to RFP's, customer quote requests, solutions, existing customer renewals and preparing business cases; 
  • Assist to providing accurate reports around sales plans and opportunity forecasts; 
  • Assist in coordinating internal personnel to ensure that customer operational & commercial outcomes are fulfilled 
  • Assist in driving solution development efforts that best address customer needs by coordinating participation of cross-functional teams (including pre-sales, product, support and management resources) 
  • Assist the team by staying updated on industry knowledge, market conditions and competitors' products and pricing.
  • Assist by regularly communicating on new market and product feature opportunities to help drive Eunoia’s roadmap

Job requirements

  • Passion to drive new digital driven ideas into the market and understand growth hacking strategies
  • Strong interpersonal and have great communication skills 
  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • Self-motivated, highly persistent and tactful in follow-ups
  • The ability to build strong internal relationships, and influence stakeholders of different functions and levels; 
  • Excellent negotiating skills
  • Familiarity with all or some of the following - digital payments, SaaS, eCommerce, CRM, MarTech and POS
  • Based in Singapore
