Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Support the planning, coordination, and operation of the SteadyStrength, MindCare andCare on Sundays programme.
  • Assist in client onboarding, scheduling, attendance tracking, and follow-up coordination.
  • Support business development and community outreach initiatives to increase programme awareness and participation.
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, operational documentation, and process improvement materials.
  • Support data tracking, feedback collection, and simple analysis for service improvement initiatives.
  • Participate in coordination with internal stakeholders, clients, caregivers, vendors and community partners.
  • Assist in Care on Sundays Service Integration (CSI) project and related work.
  • Support the setup, coordination, and opening of new Care on Sundays centres and services.
  • Provide operational support during programme sessions, including occasional Sunday duty where required.

Qualifications

You are:

  • Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree or diploma.
  • A team player with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn.
  • Proficient in Google Suite applications.
