Roles & Responsibilities:
- Support the planning, coordination, and operation of the SteadyStrength, MindCare andCare on Sundays programme.
- Assist in client onboarding, scheduling, attendance tracking, and follow-up coordination.
- Support business development and community outreach initiatives to increase programme awareness and participation.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, operational documentation, and process improvement materials.
- Support data tracking, feedback collection, and simple analysis for service improvement initiatives.
- Participate in coordination with internal stakeholders, clients, caregivers, vendors and community partners.
- Assist in Care on Sundays Service Integration (CSI) project and related work.
- Support the setup, coordination, and opening of new Care on Sundays centres and services.
- Provide operational support during programme sessions, including occasional Sunday duty where required.
Qualifications
You are:
- Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree or diploma.
- A team player with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn.
- Proficient in Google Suite applications.
