What you’ll do:
- Greet and assist clients warmly at the studio
- Handle check-ins, bookings, and payments
- Answer enquiries (in-person, phone, WhatsApp, email)
- Share class info, promotions, and membership options
- Follow up with clients and help them stay engaged
- Support daily operations (opening/closing, admin tasks)
- Keep the studio clean, organised, and well-stocked
- Assist during events and help create simple social content
