We’re looking for a resourceful and people-driven individual to support our growing team at DKO! As a HR/Recruitment Internship, you’ll help coordinate recruitment efforts, engage candidates, and support onboarding activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in scheduling interviews and coordinating recruitment activities

• Screen resumes and support candidate outreach

• Maintain and update recruitment databases and reports

• Support onboarding and documentation for new hires

• Assist in employer branding projects and career events

Requirements:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Detail-oriented and organized

• Able to work in a fast-paced, team environment

• Prior HR/recruitment experience is a bonus (but not a must!)
