Longbridge Singapore – Talent Acquisition Intern

Responsibilities

1. Partner with recruiters to source, screen, and assess candidates across various functions;
2. Manage job postings on relevant job boards and social media platforms, and manage candidate applications;
3. Coordinate interviews across multiple time zones and ensure a seamless candidate experience;
4. Assist in employer branding initiatives, such as social media content creation, events;
5. Conduct market research and generate insights on talent trends and competitor benchmarking;
6. Assist in talent mapping and talent pool constructions for core positions;
7. Contribute to broader People Team initiatives and HR projects as needed.

Qualifications

1. Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field;
2. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and interpersonal skills;
3. Proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment;
4. Comfortable working across diverse teams and regional stakeholders;
5. Prior internship or project experience in recruitment or HR is a plus;
6. Available for a minimum commitment of 3 months (full-time or at least 3 days per week for part-time).
