ComfortDelGro Rent-A-Car Pte Ltd – IT Intern

This position exists to support the Project Manager in the day-to-day administration and implementation of an IT transformation project. The IT Project Intern will help ensure smooth project execution by coordinating tasks, tracking progress, and facilitating communication among stakeholders.

1. Assist the Project Manager in preparing project plans, schedules, and progress updates.
2. Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and document minutes and action items.
3. Track project deliverables, timelines, and dependencies using project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Teams, Word, Excel, Power Point or SharePoint).
4. Liaise with internal departments (e.g., IT, Sales, Operations, and Finance) and external vendors to gather information and follow up on tasks.
5. Support user acceptance testing (UAT) coordination, including scheduling, test case tracking, and issue logging.
6. Help manage project documentation such as contracts, change requests, and training materials.
7. Identify and escalate potential project risks or delays to the Project Manager.
8. Assist in preparing presentations and reports for management updates.
