6oz Espresso Bar – Personal Assistant / Admin Assistant

6oz Espresso Bar is an specialty cafe chain serving artisanal coffee and pastries to the CBD crowd in Singapore.

Job-scope:

• Paperwork, filing and administrative duties
• Follow up with claims and new projects 
• Meeting deadlines and submitting forms and documents on time 
• Meeting minutes and create training materials 
• General HR & Admin duties including contract preparation for new hires, leave administration etc.
• Provide full spectrum of secretarial and administrative support to Director

Requirements: 

• Minimum 'O' levels 
• Strong command of spoken & written English
• Good IT skills including Microsoft office
• 17 years old and above 
• Detail-oriented and meticulous, ability to maintain a high level of accuracy
• Sense of responsibility and willingness to take on new challenges
• Self-motivated and pleasant attitude
• High initiative and able to work independently with strong organisational skills
• Possess flexible pro-active approach to work, being able to prioritise well and plan own work
• Ability to deal with sensitive information with discretion and to maintain confidentiality in a professional and objective manner

Minimum 10 hours a week, flexible working hours but must be able to commit more if required.
