This is a role where no two days are similar. It is a critical role in the organisation's day-to-day operations, one that is apt for a go-getter hands-on individual who thrives on being in the front line interacting with members and finds satisfaction in executing a variety of marcoms programmes for potential members and members.
Key Job Duties:
- Answering general enquiries, particularly on marcoms programmes and accreditation matters
- Assisting in various members’ programmes across a variety of platforms (webinars, events, eblasts, roadshows, etc)
- Maintaining the organisation's website
- Assisting in programmes and promotions with the organisation's partners
- Assisting in periodic data analysis to understand members better
Key Requisites:
- This position is for Singaporeans and PRs only
- At least a diploma, preferably in business, accountancy or marketing with preferably one year of experience (poly grads with no experience may apply)
- Highly proficient in MS Office applications
- Working knowledge of HTML is a plus but not critical
- A team player who possesses a drive for excellence and sees things through to completion
- Good communication skills (both oral and written), possesses excellent customer service and has empathy
- A keen eye for detail, is systematic and can work independently
