BRICKS' Kitchen serves casual European comfort food, made with fresh ingredients only. Our menu consists of carefully selected dishes from France, Spain, Italy, and England, which are given a unique Singaporean touch by our Chefs.

BRICKS' Bakes are also prepared in-house by our Pastry Chef (and only in small batches). You can definitely expect to be spoilt for choices to whet your sweet cravings.

BRICKS' Bar features a selection of wines and bubblies, 3 craft beers on seasonal rotation, and signature cocktails based on Chinese Mythology. The Bartenders at BRICKS welcome you to sit along the bar for a chat, and are more than willing to whip up a bespoke cocktail based on your requests.

BRICKS' Kitchen, Bakes and Bar strive to deliver Yummy Food and Great Drinks at affordable prices, without compromise of quality. We do so by using seasonal goods, which also means that you can expect new dishes on all our menus from time to time.

Hiring Full-Time Bartender at River Valley

BARTENDER (Full-Time)

Salary: $2,000 - $2,800 (Depending on skillset and experience)

Working Days & Hours

- 5 Days Work Week.

- 44 Hours / Week.

- Curating Cocktails / Drinks according to recipes.

- Keep customers in the loop of their drinks.

- Keeping Track of Inventory Stock

- Other Ad-Hoc duties by owner.

Job Requirements:

- Comfortable with Classic Cocktails

- Minimum 1 year experience (TAP BEER NOT COUNTED PLEASE)
