This is a full-time, remote role for a Video Editor & Content Creator at Founders Doc. In this creative and fast-paced position, you will help shape the visual identity and online presence of Founders Doc and FD AI (foundersdoc.ai) by producing engaging, high-quality content across a variety of digital platforms. You will create short-form and long-form videos, social media content, product demonstrations and educational materials that showcase our legal technology products and simplify complex legal concepts for a wider audience.
Video Editor & Content Creator
Overview. We are seeking a proactive and creative Video Editor & Content Creator to join our growing team.
The ideal candidate will help create engaging video, social media and marketing content for Founders Doc and FD AI. This role is suitable for someone who enjoys content creation, storytelling, design and video editing, and is excited to work with a fast-growing legal technology and AI company.

Key Responsibilities
Video Editing & Content Creation
Create and edit short-form and long-form video content for social media, product launches, educational campaigns and marketing initiatives.
Edit videos for platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts and other digital channels.
Add captions, subtitles, transitions, graphics, overlays and basic animations to improve video quality and engagement.
Repurpose existing content into shorter clips, reels and social media posts.
Ensure all content is polished, on-brand and aligned with Founders Doc’s visual identity.
Social Media & Marketing Content
Assist in creating social media posts, carousels, graphics, captions and other marketing materials.
Support content planning for campaigns, launches, webinars and educational content.
Help communicate product features and value propositions in a clear, engaging and visually appealing way.
Work with the team to develop creative content ideas for Founders Doc and FD AI.
Legal Tech & AI Content Support
Create content that explains legal technology, AI tools and legal services in a simple and engaging way.
Support product demonstrations, tutorials and educational videos.
Assist in preparing visual materials for presentations, webinars and product marketing.
Stay updated on content trends, AI tools and social media formats.
What We Are Looking For
Experience
Experience in video editing, content creation, social media marketing, design or a related field is preferred.
Experience creating content for professional services, startups, technology companies or legal technology companies is an advantage.
A portfolio of previous video or content work is highly encouraged.
Technical Skills
Experience with video editing tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve or similar.
Experience with Canva, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite or other design tools is an advantage.
Comfortable creating content for LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts and other social media platforms.
Basic understanding of captions, subtitles, transitions, pacing, hooks and video storytelling.
Personal Attributes
Creative, proactive and detail-oriented.
Strong sense of design, layout and visual storytelling.
Good command of English.
Able to work independently in a remote-first environment.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced team with ownership and accountability.

Compensation
The base salary is competitive and subject to upward progression based on performance and contributions to the team.
