Founders Doc – Legal Tech Specialist

Overview: We are seeking a proactive and commercially minded Legal Tech Specialist / Legal Tech Consultant to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will work at the intersection of law, technology and AI, helping to evaluate legal AI products, contribute to product development, and support marketing initiatives. Key Responsibilities:

Product Evaluation:

• Evaluate AI-generated legal outputs for quality, accuracy and legal reasoning.

• Test new product features and provide structured feedback.

• Identify bugs, usability issues and opportunities for improvement.

• Develop and refine evaluation frameworks, testing methodologies and legal playbooks.

Product Development:

• Work closely with the product and engineering teams to improve existing features.

• Translate legal workflows into scalable product solutions.

• Assist in developing legal content, templates and AI playbooks.

• Recommend new product features based on customer feedback and industry trends.

Marketing & Business Development:

• Assist in preparing legal and product marketing materials, articles and presentations.

• Support product demonstrations, webinars and educational content.

• Conduct market research on legal technology trends and competitor products.

• Help communicate product capabilities and value propositions to prospective clients.

What We Are Looking For:

Experience Requirement:

• Experience in legal practice, legal operations, legal technology or a related field is preferred.

• Experience with AI products or legal technology platforms is an advantage.

• Candidates with experience at international law firms or legal technology companies are highly encouraged to apply.

Educational Background:

• A Bachelor's degree in Law, Legal Studies, Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field is preferred.

• Candidates with relevant professional experience may also be considered.

Language Proficiency:

• A strong command of the English language, with excellent writing, communication and analytical skills.

Technical Skills:

• Familiarity with legal technology products and AI tools is preferred.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

• Experience with product testing, legal research tools or project management platforms is an advantage.

Compensation: The base salary is competitive and subject to upward progression based on performance and contributions to the team.
