Job Purpose :
The IT Business Analyst/Product Executive will be responsible for working closely with stakeholders, technical teams, and business units, to identify business needs and develop effective technology solutions. This role will analyze and evaluate business requirements, conduct research, and develop detailed functional specifications to support the design, development, testing, and implementation of technology solutions.
Responsibilities
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define business requirements and identify technology solutions that meet those requirements.
• Conduct research to understand the business, technology, and competitive landscape, and identify potential areas for improvement.
• Analyze and evaluate business processes, systems, and workflows, and recommend technology solutions that align with business objectives.
• Compose detailed functional specifications and business requirements document to support the design, development, testing, and implementation of technology solutions.
• Work closely with technical teams to ensure that technology solutions are designed and implemented to meet business needs.
• Participate in the testing and validation of technology solutions to ensure that they meet functional requirements and business needs.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including business unit leaders, project managers, developers, and other technical team members.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends, and make recommendations on how to leverage new technologies to improve business processes and outcomes.
• Any other miscellaneous tasks.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• At least 3-5 years of experience as an IT Business Analyst or Product Executive.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify business processes areas for improvement.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to work effectively and collaborate with stakeholders across all levels of the organization.
• Familiar with software development methodologies (e.g. Agile and Waterfall).
• Attention to detail and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Highly motivated and dedicated to achieve personal and professional goals, and willing to work hard to make it happen
