Founded in 2017, WINGS Therapy Centre is Singapore’s first multidisciplinary intensive intervention hub, dedicated to transforming the lives of infants, children, and young adults. Interventions include: Early Intervention, Suit Therapy (NeuroSuit* and TheraSuit Method*), Spider Cage Therapy, Universal Exercise Unit, Dynamic Movement Intervention (DMI), Intensive Gait Training with LiteGait, Robotic Gait Training with Trexo Robotics, Task Specific Electrical Stimulation (TASES), Vibration Therapy with Galileo, Autism Fitness and Sports for The Special Child. WINGS also provides seating assessments, equipment consultations and dynamic orthotic solutions such TheraTogs and Dynamic Movement Orthoses*.

Job Description
  • Deliver intensive interventions for infants, children and young adults using WINGS programmes
  • Provide high-quality, patient-centred care with sensitivity and professionalism
  • Assess, analyse, diagnose and treat patients with complex needs under senior supervision
  • Prioritise patient safety, experience, and dignity in all interactions
  • Use effective communication, play and motivation techniques to engage patients and families
  • Maintain accurate, confidential patient records in line with centre requirements
  • Ensure proper care, maintenance and safe use of equipment and facilities
  • Adhere to health, and safety standards at all times
  • Collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development, particularly in paediatrics
  • Support clinic operations, including administrative tasks and business development initiatives
  • Take responsibility for personal and others’ health, safety and welfare in all work settings
