WE! are hiring a Strategic Producer
Rest assured; You don't need to sell ice to Eskimos nor be the smartest in the room. WE! want aproducer on board to help us meet our clients' needs and ultimately grow and evolve along with us.
The producer is expected to:
- Represent the agency by liaising and meeting clients
- Build rapport with current and prospective clients
- Go all-in on proposals; ideate, deck, pitch and present alongside agency seniors
- Understand the clients' needs and deliver exceedingly
- Plan creative campaigns from strategy to final execution
- Write flawlessly for content used on various medium and marketing vehicles
- Coordinate with driven team mates to complete projects
- Thrive and flourish both independently and as a team member
- Report directly to the agency's partners
- Occasionally laugh at their brand of humour
Must-have skills:
- Warm and amiable when facing people, cool and collected when facing problems
- Except when the people are the problem, keep calm and be everything as mentioned above
- Exemplary command of written and spoken English
- Enthusiasm in strategy and copy writing
- Confidence to carry a presentation
- Hunger for opportunity and motivated by challenges
- Open and flexible minded to learn and grow
