Responsibilities
We are looking for a highly motivated and dynamic individual to support our Recruitment team in Singapore. You will be responsible for, and not limited to:
- Conduct quality talent market research and proactive talent sourcing.
- Execute productive interviews (face-to-face, video conferences and phone) to qualify candidates and ensure a strong and thorough filtering process.
- Build and maintain network of potential candidates through effective candidate relationship management.
- Analyze and continuously improve the recruitment process in place.
- Work together with the team members on recruitment plans for junior financial systems consultants.
- Manage and organize the applicant tracking tool accordingly.
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma undergraduates / graduates from relevant disciplines, preferably in Business Administration or Human Resources.
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills in English.
- Proactive with the ability to deliver tasks on-time and capable to think out of the box.
- Proven organisational skills and able to prioritize well to cope with competing demands.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
