TIS Petroleum Asia – HR cum Account Admin

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: 

• Perform administrative duties, such as maintaining the employee database, employment contract, employment welfare, and sorting emails for the HR department
• Facilitate the employees in conflict with an interest-based resolution that focuses on the problem and not people.
• Assist HR Manager in policy formulation, hiring, salary administration, and coordinating performance appraisals
• Responsible for HR administration of the Company, including but not limited to employment database, HR memorandum, and documentation, employment law, and formalities, assisting in the job recruitment process, etc
• Responsible for circulating minutes of the meeting, necessary reports, arranging a meeting
• Maintains employee confidence and protects operations by keeping human resource information confidential.
• Assisting administrative work for Account of the Company
• Assisting in maintaining company assets and financial expenditures
• Maintaining files on account receivables and updating records as required.
• Archiving financial documentation and updating accounting databases on a monthly or annual basis.
