Job Description

Your Responsibilities 

Accounts Receivable (AR) 

• Assist in preparing client invoices for events and projects. 

• Track outstanding receivables and follow up on overdue payments. 

• Support reconciliation of customer accounts. 

Accounts Payable (AP) 

• Process vendor invoices and employee expense claims. 

• Verify supporting documents against contracts and purchase orders. 

• Maintain accurate accounts payable records to ensure timely payments. 

Cash Flow (CF) 

• Monitor daily cash balances and forecast short-term liquidity needs. 

• Prepare cash flow reports for management review. 

General Ledger (GL) 

• Post journal entries and assist with month-end closing activities. 

• Support reconciliations of general ledger accounts. 

• Prepare schedules and documentation for internal and external audits. 

Forecasting & Budgeting 

• Assist in preparing annual budgets for event projects and regional operations. 

• Support financial forecasting by gathering data and updating models. 

• Analyze budget variances and provide insights to improve financial planning. 

• Collaborate with event managers to align budgets with client contracts and project requirements.
