Key Responsibilities
1. Strategy & Business Advisory Support
Collaborate closely with the founder on client projects, business initiatives, and strategic planning activities.
Gain practical exposure to business consulting frameworks, analytical thinking, and structured problem-solving approaches.
Conduct market, industry, and competitive research to support advisory engagements and business growth initiatives.
Assist in the development of presentations, proposals, reports, and other strategic business materials.
2. Marketing & Business Growth
Support business development efforts and digital marketing campaigns, including lead generation and customer acquisition initiatives.
Contribute ideas and recommendations to enhance marketing effectiveness and drive business growth.
Monitor campaign performance, track key metrics, and assist in identifying opportunities for improvement.
Participate in initiatives aimed at strengthening brand visibility, customer engagement, and market reach.
3. Business Analytics & Performance Reporting
Gather, organize, and maintain business and marketing data to support analysis and reporting.
Monitor key business metrics, project milestones, and performance indicators.
Prepare reports, identify trends, and generate insights to support strategic decision-making.
Assist management in evaluating performance and identifying opportunities for operational and business improvements.
4. Research & Knowledge Development
Conduct research on market trends, economic developments, industry updates, and finance-related topics using credible public sources.
Support the creation of educational and marketing content, including articles, reports, newsletters, and digital materials.
Stay informed of emerging industry developments and assess their relevance to the business.
Convert research findings into clear, engaging, and informative content for clients and stakeholders.
5. Operations & Strategic Projects
Provide support for operational initiatives across the company's various business functions and services.
Take ownership of assigned projects and deliver deliverables in a timely and professional manner.
Work collaboratively with team members on cross-functional assignments and strategic initiatives.
Assist with administrative coordination and project execution to ensure efficient day-to-day operations.
Requirements
Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma, GCE A-Level qualification, or Bachelor's degree.
Demonstrated interest in business strategy, consulting, entrepreneurship, finance, marketing, or related fields.
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to evaluate information and derive meaningful insights.
Proactive, self-driven, and eager to learn in a dynamic and fast-moving environment.
Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
Resourceful, adaptable, and capable of taking initiative while managing multiple responsibilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word). Familiarity with digital marketing platforms and analytics tools will be an added advantage.
