Legal Intern (Law Undergraduate) – Wills, Estate & Corporate Support
We are seeking a Legal Intern (Law Undergraduate) to join our team, focusing on wills, LPA, and estate planning matters, with exposure to corporate legal work and advisory consultations.
This role is ideal for candidates who are interested in private client work, estate planning, and real-world legal practice within a fast-paced advisory environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Sit in during wills, LPA, and estate planning consultations
- Take accurate client instructions and prepare minutes of discussion
- Assist in the preparation and completion of relevant legal and estate planning documents
- Support the drafting process for wills and related estate planning documentation
- Attend client meetings (in-person or Zoom) where required to take instructions
- Report and coordinate with the will drafter / supervising lawyer
- Assist corporate legal work, including document preparation and meeting minutes
- Support day-to-day operational and administrative tasks within the business
- Assist in curriculum courses information provision
Requirements
- Currently pursuing or intending to pursue a Law degree (LLB or equivalent)
- Strong interest in wills, trusts, estate planning, or corporate law
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented with strong note-taking and organisational abilities
- Able to work independently and handle confidential information responsibly
- Committed to a minimum 3–4 working days per week for at least 6 months
