The law firm comprises 2 senior male lawyers and 5 other staff. Interns are welcome to apply for a short or extended stint with us to see how a law firm with a healthy work-life balance looks like. Our official working hours are from 930am to 5pm, Mondays to Fridays. Warm working environment.
Interns may be students on holiday breaks, awaiting entry to university or national service. A legal background is not required; a desire to learn and experience different things will suffice.
Interns will assist the lawyers in working on real cases, not hypothetical scenarios. Besides sitting in client meetings to take notes (not to stare and twiddle thumbs), interns will sit in Zoom sessions and attend physical court hearings.
While the use of AI is encouraged for a first cut and to rectify grammar errors in drafting, legal research should be based on actual legal cases, laws, and legislation.
