Key Responsibilities
1. Business Consulting & Strategic Support
Support the founder in client engagements, business discussions, and strategic planning initiatives.
Gain exposure to consulting methodologies, analytical frameworks, and business problem-solving techniques.
Conduct research and analysis to support consulting assignments and business projects.
Assist in preparing presentations, proposals, reports, and other project-related documentation.
2. Project Management & Marketing Support
Assist in business growth initiatives and digital marketing campaigns, including Facebook lead generation activities.
Contribute ideas and recommendations to enhance campaign effectiveness and business performance.
Monitor campaign results, compile performance data, and support ongoing optimization efforts.
3. Data Analysis & Performance Reporting
Gather, organize, and maintain business and marketing data.
Assist in tracking key performance indicators (KPIs), project milestones, and business objectives.
Prepare reports and identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement.
4. Market Research & Content Development
Research market developments, economic trends, industry insights, and investment-related topics using publicly available information.
Consolidate findings into educational articles, newsletters, reports, and other content materials.
Monitor sector developments, macroeconomic indicators, and relevant business trends.
5. Business Operations & Growth Initiatives
Support operational projects and business expansion activities, including mortgage consultancy and professional training initiatives.
Take ownership of assigned tasks and projects, contributing directly to business growth and client outcomes.
Collaborate with team members on cross-functional projects and special assignments.
Requirements
Pursuing a Diploma, GCE A-Level qualification, or undergraduate degree.
Strong interest in business consulting, strategy, entrepreneurship, and marketing.
Analytical, detail-oriented, and able to interpret information effectively.
Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
Comfortable taking initiative and managing responsibilities independently.
