Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage e-Commerce store on various platforms.
• Select a series of products for features.
• Enhance and rectify non-performing existing product content.
• Manage customer online enquiries, respond to customer's queries.
• Manage order fulfilment, order picking, tracking of inventory.
• Assist with placements of orders, refunds, exchanges or complaints.
• Monitor and consolidate customer reviews.
• Participate in marketing & sales events and campaigns. 
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Learning Outcomes and Objectives

• To be exposed to order & fulfilment processes and management.
• To be exposed to online retailing platforms and processes.
• To be able to learn all aspects of eCommerce management, including logistics, warehouse inventory and customer service.
• To be able to improve communication and customer service skills.
• To learn how to gather important data and perform analysis for product selection and promotional activities.

Requirements

• Current ITE, Polytechnic or University Student
• Basic knowledge of logistic management
• Strong problem-solver and creative thinker
• Good project management skills
• Meticulous, attention to detail
• Highly motivated and self-driven player
