Mend (Mend.sg) is an online platform that provides repair solutions for electronic devices. We aim to enable the rights to repair by providing affordable options at the convenience of the customer.
Established since December 2020, Mend.sg is on a mission to promote self-fixing amongst customers and provide the necessary assistance when required. We are steadily growing our customer base and community to empower them to mend their own devices.

Responsibilities:
Social Media Management (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter)
Developing and executing social media strategy
Creating and posting contents onto social media accounts
Running social media campaigns
Community and stakeholder engagement
Content Writing
Write engaging marketing copy for website content, guides and blog posts
Ability to convey proper writing tone and style according to industry and market needs
Appropriate usage of keywords and hyperlinks in copy
Search Engine Marketing & Search Engine Optimization
Drive traffic to the Mend.sg website to increase visitors and sales
Utilize SEO tools for keyword research, site analysis, link, etc.
Create and manage paid advertising campaign
Evaluate ad campaigns
Administrative Duties
Assist General Manager for any other ad hoc tasks with regards to the business
Requirements:
Currently studying in university/polytechnic, preferably in marketing
Basic understanding of digital marketing
Understanding of social channels and content marketing
Basic knowledge of SEO and keyword research
Excellent English writing and communication skills
Able to work independently
Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
Ability to multitask and a cool head under pressure
Experience producing short form videos is a plus
Minimum 3 months commitment
