Carchope SG Pte Ltd is looking for a dynamic Digital Marketing Specialist to grow our online presence, create engaging automotive content, and attract potential customers through innovative digital marketing strategies.

 Job Responsibilities

1. Social Media Management

• Manage and grow our company’s social media accounts on TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and other relevant platforms.
• Plan, create, and publish engaging content to increase followers, reach, and customer engagement.
• Develop creative campaigns to promote our used car inventory, special offers, and dealership brand.
• Monitor social media trends and implement strategies to increase online visibility.

2. AI Video Creation & Content Production

• Create engaging automotive videos using AI video-generation tools and editing software.
• Produce creative and attention-grabbing videos for TikTok Reels, Instagram Reels, and Facebook Reels.
• Use AI tools to generate video concepts, scripts, voiceovers, subtitles, and promotional content.
• Create car showcase videos, walkaround videos, promotional advertisements, and entertaining automotive content.
• Develop innovative video ideas to help our dealership stand out from competitors and attract potential buyers.
• Stay updated on the latest AI video tools, social media trends, and viral content formats.

3. Digital Marketing & Advertising

• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns to generate leads and increase car sales.
• Manage online advertisements, including Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram) and TikTok Ads.
• Optimise marketing campaigns to improve reach, engagement, enquiries, and conversion rates.
• Analyse campaign performance and recommend improvements based on data and customer behaviour.

4. Automotive Content & Branding

• Photograph and film our used car inventory for online marketing and promotional purposes.
• Create attractive car listings, promotional graphics, posters, banners, and marketing materials.
• Maintain consistent branding across all digital platforms.
• Highlight vehicle features, selling points, promotions, and dealership services through creative content.

5. Lead Generation & Performance Tracking

• Develop strategies to generate quality enquiries through social media and digital platforms.
• Track video views, engagement rates, follower growth, advertising performance, and customer enquiries.
• Work closely with the sales team to support lead generation and convert online enquiries into potential sales.
• Prepare regular reports on marketing performance and campaign results.

 Job Requirements

• Experience in digital marketing, social media management, or content creation.
• Familiarity with TikTok, Instagram Reels, Facebook, and other social media platforms.
• Knowledge of AI video-generation tools and AI-powered content creation.
• Proficiency in video editing software such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar tools.
• Creative mindset with the ability to develop engaging video concepts and marketing campaigns.
• Understanding of digital advertising, social media algorithms, and online lead generation.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work independently.
• Automotive knowledge or a passion for cars is an advantage.
• A strong portfolio of previous videos, social media campaigns, or creative projects is preferred.
