- Job Description
Manage customer online enquiries, respond to customer's queries.
Manage order fulfilment, order packing, tracking of inventory.
Assist with placements of orders, refunds, exchanges or complaints.
Monitor and consolidate customer reviews.
Any other adhoc duties as assigned.
