Job Responsibilities

• To be involved in the daily management of the company’s social media and company’s website, ensuring consistency in marketing of the brand.
• Content creation and updates to engage target audience on social media
• Basic knowledge of online marketing and marketing channels
• Handle in-coming enquiries and emails
• Monitor and report on social trends in the industry and competitor
• Maintain proper filing system
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements

• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Basic knowledge of marketing techniques and databases
• Experience with eCommerce platforms (Qoo10, Amazon, Shopee, etc.)
• Experience in SEO and SEM (Website creation process)
• Proficient in marketing software, digital marketing mediums (Hootsuite, Social Media platforms, etc.) and website analytics (Google Ads, Facebook Business, MailChimp, etc.)
• Advantage: Experienced in content and design creation (Adobe Photoshop, Final Cut Pro, Canva, or any other video editing softwares)
