Job Responsibilities
- To be involved in the daily management of the company’s social media and company’s website, ensuring consistency in marketing of the brand.
- Content creation and updates to engage target audience on social media
- Basic knowledge of online marketing and marketing channels
- Handle in-coming enquiries and emails
- Monitor and report on social trends in the industry and competitor
- Maintain proper filing system
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Job Requirements
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Basic knowledge of marketing techniques and databases
- Experience with eCommerce platforms (Qoo10, Amazon, Shopee, etc.)
- Experience in SEO and SEM (Website creation process)
- Proficient in marketing software, digital marketing mediums (Hootsuite, Social Media platforms, etc.) and website analytics (Google Ads, Facebook Business, MailChimp, etc.)
- Advantage: Experienced in content and design creation (Adobe Photoshop, Final Cut Pro, Canva, or any other video editing softwares)
