Accounts Executive #SGUnited Mid-Career Pathway #SGUP

This position reports to the Senior Cloud Accountant in the Accounting Department and interfaces with company managers and Accounting staff.

Responsibilities

Accounts

- Training of Cloud Accounting, onboarding and setting up of Chart of Accounts

- Responsible in the preparation and maintenance of full set of accounts.

- Prepare month end reports & reconcilations

- Handle year-end statutory audit, preparation of statutory accounts.

Issue Invoice & credit control

- Perform bank transactions, payment processing and petty cash transactions

- Manage staff related matters (e.g. salary, personnel & leave records, claims, permits applications etc.)

Compliance & Tax

- Application, prepare, reconcilion and file GST

- Prepare Corporate Tax and Tax Related Matters

- Prepare of Unaudited Financial Statements fit for submission to ACRA and IRAS

General

- Liaising with customers, stakerholders such auditor, tax department and ACRA

- Provide proper filing and administrative office tasks in timely manner

*Selected applicants will focus on Accounts or Compliance & Tax or Both, depending on their skillset

*Bonus incentives will be provided (up to $700) upon good performance
