Role Overview

Are you chronically online, passionate about social media trends, and eager to build real marketing campaigns for established brands?

As a Social Media & Agency Intern at Hashbrown Media, you won't just sit in the back room—you will be deeply involved in the creative process, client communications, and strategy execution. You'll gain end-to-end exposure to agency operations, from pitching to final campaign performance.

What You'll Be Doing

• Creative Brainstorming: Pitch fresh ideas, campaign concepts, and content hooks for diverse client accounts.

• Content Creation & Copywriting: Draft engaging social copy, assist with visual mock-ups, and help shape brand voices across platforms.

• Campaign & Content Management: Plan campaign calendars, schedule posts, and ensure timelines are met seamlessly.

• Client & Account Servicing: Learn account management firsthand by liaising with clients, handling day-to-day queries, and sitting in on real pitches and progress meetings.

• New Business & BD: Assist in building proposals, competitive research, and slide decks for prospective clients.
