The Job

You will be responsible for :

 

  • Assist in the onboarding of new partners
  • Creation of new deals
  • Extraction of analytics & data
  • Assist marketing with the setup of Tribes promotional themes (collections)
  • Liaise with existing partners on deals (current and future)
  • Respond to questions posed by existing and potential customers
  • Ensure that the key tasks are properly communicated and documented between the marketing, sales and product team
  • Schedule meetings with paying merchants ahead of contract renewal to review the performance of their brand on Tribes
  • Upload all the new data sets onto Tribes platform

 

Ideal Candidate

  • Preferred: Experience in a consumer-oriented role (eg. sales/ customer service)
  • Savvy with social media and online e-commerce platforms like Carousel
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Confident to work with brands and maintain and deepen relationships with partners
  • Strong planning, organizational, and time management skills
