The Job

Your responsibilities will include:

• To introduce our customers to the fit and features of our products, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales services.
• To selling, restocking and merchandising.
• To provide high-class customer service and to increase the company’s growth and revenue through sales maximization.
• Build relationships with each customer and begin with the quality of their welcome when they walk into a store.
• Achieve agreed business unit sales targets by effectively leading and developing a team
• Perform merchandise control function and maintain required stock level.
• Assist in brand campaigns, in-store promotions, pop-up events, and all ongoing brand activities.
• Communicate with the management team with information regarding personnel, product, and procedures.

Ideal Candidate

Skills Required:

• You have 2-3 years of retail experience
• You are passionate about customer service & creating a great brand experience in our boutique
• You are a team player
• You have excellent communication skills
