Job Description

Job Scope :

  • Manage the daily/weekly/monthly agenda and arrange meetings and appointments.
  • Liaison with third party secretary for all secretary services.
  • Provide administrative / secretarial support to the CEO / ED - travel arrangements, calendars, appointment scheduling and drafting of correspondences, etc.
  • Research, prepare and handle confidential-related matters including opening of bank account and GIRO facilities.
  • Maintain efficient filing system of internal, external and confidential documents.
  • Guest / visitor management, such as play host to guests / visitors with great hospitality, arranging meeting location and meals, etc.
  • Handle personal tasks for the CEO / ED.
  • All other ad-hoc duties.
