Job scope:
- Managing and growing your own client portfolio
- Liaising with clients to find out their unique business needs
- Sourcing, screening and selecting potential candidates for clients via multiple channels
- Interviewing candidates and managing their job expectations
- Keeping abreast of in industry trends
- Strengthen business relations through regular follow-ups with clients
- Handling the full process of recruitment including shortlisting, making expert recommendations and managing expectations and relationships
Job requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline
- Highly Motivated and self-driven
- Able to work under pressure and competition
- Excellent communication skills
- Flexible and adaptable to changes
- Energetic and enthusiastic to work with people
