Job Description

SearchAsia is a consulting firm with a regional Pan Asia presence; we are headquartered in Singapore with network offices in Hong Kong, Taipei, Kuala Lumpur and more. Here, you will be involved in the full lifecycle of recruitment consultancy - From sourcing, interviewing, onboarding and followup meetings, so as to build lifelong business partnerships based on trust and integrity.

Job scope:

  • Managing and growing your own client portfolio
  • Liaising with clients to find out their unique business needs
  • Sourcing, screening and selecting potential candidates for clients via multiple channels
  • Interviewing candidates and managing their job expectations
  • Keeping abreast of in industry trends
  • Strengthen business relations through regular follow-ups with clients
  • Handling the full process of recruitment including shortlisting, making expert recommendations and managing expectations and relationships

Job requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline
  • Highly Motivated and self-driven
  • Able to work under pressure and competition
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Flexible and adaptable to changes
  • Energetic and enthusiastic to work with people
