Job Description

Key Responsbilities:

  • Planning of and participation in recruitment events such as walk-in interviews and career fairs.
  • Support SATS internship programmes and work-study programmes, where you will support the end-to-end recruitment process.
  • Research on and suggest new avenues/ recruitment channels to promote specialised / niche job roles.
  • Take charge of weekly or ad-hoc recruitment reporting. This includes collating, analysing and interpreting recruitment data, and presenting data and findings in the form of powerpoint decks.
  • Internal and external stakeholder management. This includes hiring managers, Human Capital teams (such as Human Capital Business Partners, Shared Services, etc), government agencies, recruitment agencies, IHLs, etc.
  • Support recruitment related administrative matters such as processing of invoices.
  • Assist with the SATS Graduate Assimilation Programme, including planning and execution of the recruitment, assessment and onboarding process.

Key Requirements:

  • Current undergraduate studying HR / related fields
  • Able to commit for 5-6 months from January 2024. Please indicate your period of availability in your resume.
  • Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • A self-motivated team player with good communication skills
