THE ROLE:

The daily mission of the APAC Regional FP&A team is to deliver added value to the regional organization through providing a rigorous controlling expertise angle. The FP&A Intern will report directly to the Regional FP&A Director and will support the team in achieving our mission. 

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

In an environment where we work with multiple datasets across numerous countries and across all areas of the business – accurate and insightful data analysis is key. 

MAIN MISSION

  • Ensure regional compliance with the Group chart of accounts, challenging the countries analytical accounting by P&L line and assisting the Regional FP&A team in various P&L benchmarking and analysis activities across the region
  • Assisting with the set-up and update of the intercompany pricelists and price structures for the upcoming 2025 budget cycle
  • Preparing reporting & analysis on the gross margins at product/franchise level per market
  • Support in the preparation of detailed sales analysis 
  • Check the integrity of data related to sales – sell in & sell out – on different channels of distribution: retail, ecommerce and wholesale - and consistency between different systems
  • Assisting the Regional FP&A team in preparation of presentations and gathering information for ad-hoc analyses as required

Other responsibilities may be added to the above, which are consistent with the title FP&A Analyst Intern

YOU HAVE:

  • Minimum Business/Finance Degree or equivalent
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Display a high degree of responsibility, integrity, attentive to details with an investigative nature
  • Time management efficiency and capable of prioritizing
  • Accurate, detailed-oriented and organized
  • Customer oriented, result driven, passionate about our brand and challenges, entrepreneurial mindset 
  • Eager to grow in a company genuinely committed to responsible beauty 
  • Collaborative team member with strong interpersonal skills
  • Display a high degree of responsibility, integrity, attentive to details with an investigative nature
