Responsibilities:
- Contribute to development and execution of new ideas and concepts to grow online business and sales
- Drive partnership with internal and external teams (e.g. digital marketing, local marketing, creative and fulfillment) to ensure punctual deliverables
- Support to create, launch and track cross-country and cross business-units branding and marketing campaigns (web, social, e-mail, search, mobile)
- Monitor competitor activities, including promotions, exclusives, launches, and any other major initiatives
- Maintain weekly, monthly and yearly performance reports (e.g. campaign traffic, business revenue, number of transactions)
- Contribute to the creation and development of effective reporting files and presentations
- Monitor and track key initiatives and sub-activities
Profile:
- Strong communication and organization skills
- Proficiency in Excel & PowerPoint
- Knowledge of HTML & CSS
- Demonstrate strong technical acumen for troubleshooting and problem solving
- Previous eCommerce operations experience or eRetailer experience a big plus
