Job Description
Responsibilities
- Handling enquiries via email/chatbot
- Reviewing enquiries for feedback and making sure that the relevant cases are resolved or escalated as necessary
Requirements
- SINGAPOREAN ONLY
- Minimally Higher NITEC Cert
- Good command of the English language in order to professionally represent the company as a customer service officer
