The company manages thousand+ assets across Asia and beyond. It also offers other PV system-related services, including, but not limited to: Smart O&M (operation & maintenance), Preventive O&M, Rectifications & Special Investigations, Repowering, Audits & Performance Assessment, and General Technical Support.We're looking for a Performance Engineer Intern to join our team, primarily supporting our Smart O&M services as we onboard more systems in Thailand. This role also offers exposure to our other key services with a focus on data analytics and performance optimization.

Job Description

What You’ll Do 

 Assist in monitoring, analyzing, and improving PV system performance. 

 Work with real-time data from our growing portfolio, identifying underperformance and recommending solutions. 

 Support predictive maintenance strategies using advanced analytics. 

 Collaborate with the team to enhance Smart O&M processes. 

 Contribute to performance reports and customer insights. 

 Potentially assist in other areas, such as audits, repowering, and rectifications. 

What We Look For 

 Currently pursuing a diploma or degree in engineering or science (electrical, renewable energy, mechanical) or related fields. 

 Strong analytical skills and ability to work with performance data. 

 Passion for solar energy and optimization. 

 Proficiency in Excel, or Python and other data analysis tools is a plus. 

 Self-motivated and able to work remotely with minimal supervision.
