Roles and responsibilities:
· Assist in Accounts Receivable (AR) duties, including verification of invoicing request, invoice posting, issue tax invoice
· Support Accounts Receivable (AR) management by monitoring outstanding balances and analyzing AR trends to provide insights on collection performance and payment patterns
· Assist in preparing and updating cash flow forecasts by compiling financial data, monitoring inflows and outflows, and supporting the finance team in cash management analysis
· Assist in documenting and standardizing Finance Department Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), including process mapping and coordination with team members to ensure clear and efficient workflows
· Support the finance team in ERP system migration activities
· Ensure adherence to internal policies and procedures, accounting standards and regulatory requirements
· Assist in day-to-day finance operations tasks
Requirements:
· Excellent interpersonal skills, verbal, written, listening, and communication skills
· Attention to detail and be organised
· A commitment period of 3-6 months
Good to have:
· Knowledge of, or experience with. accounting systems such as Xero / Quickbooks
