Job Description
  • Prefer candidates with some customer service background, preferably in the fitness or yoga center or hospitality industry (an advantage).
  • A team player, possessing excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English & local language.
  • Cheerful personality with good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good team player and service-oriented.
  • Six days work week (in nice & calm environment).
  • Pro-active, flexible, adaptable and a fast pace player.
  • Ability to start work immediately would be advantageous.

Pros: Wonderful members and vicinity for staff
Cons: Lack of structure, too overly micro managing even when there are no management in outlets, too sales driven that they forget that member's view and comfort of the studios are importants. After sales service not up to standard,booking system is horrible. 10hrs of work on weekends. Always comparing themselves to a higher standardized establishment when they rarely consider what members complain about.
