POSITION: Marketing Intern
We are looking for an enthusiastic marketing intern to join our marketing department and provide creative ideas to help achieve our goals. You will have administrative duties in developing and implementing marketing strategies. You will collaborate with our marketing and sales teams in each stage of marketing campaigns. Your work will include developing, growing, and expanding our marketing channels through social media outreach, blogging, and strategic planning.
Job Description
Public Relations:
Media monitoring across traditional and digital platforms.
Public Relations (PR) kit concept creation, sourcing and dissemination.
Assist in media requests and media enquiries.
Monitoring and reporting of competitive public relation activities.
Marketing:
Assist with copywriting, blogging, SEO, proofing and updating as needed.
Assist in managing social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok) and editorial calender to ensure that content is timely, relevant and engaging.
Perform market analysis and research on competitor brands.
Help organize marketing events (if any).
Identity medias, makeup artists and Key Opinion Leaders and engage them in brand campaigns and activities.
Assist with video production.
Provide administrative support to management when required
Job requirements
The ideal candidate is currently pursuing a Diploma in Marketing/Communications or equivalent.
Good written and PR communications skills
Able to work independently and in a fast-paced environment
Good team player with initiatives
Meticulous and creative
Bilingual in English and Mandarin. Knowledge of Japanese/Korean will be an advantage.
