Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Perform data entry, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of trading data
  • Deal with customers/logistic providers on a regular basis for all pre and post shipment activities
  • Liaise actively with production assets to optimize scheduling and ensure performance continuity
  • Ensure contractual performance and compliance at all times, actively resolve post-shipment disputes
  • Manage risk by ensuring compliance with internal controls during pre-shipment stage
  • Generally support front and back office to ensure smooth operations, minimizing costs and delays
  • Other ad-hoc duties from time to time

Requirements:

  • Degree or Diploma in relevant discipline, fresh graduates welcome
  • Knowledge of international trades and logistics, familiarity with import/export documentation and trade financing an added advantage
  • Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel
  • Analytical and strong logical thinker, results orientated
  • Self-driven team player, a good listener and good communicator
  • Systematic and organized, able to thrive under pressure and situational ambiguity
  • Ability to converse fluently in English and Mandarin to liaise with buyers and sellers, knowledge of a third language an added advantage
