About Int Labs

Int Labs is a boutique learning and innovation consultancy that designs and delivers consulting-grade learning programmes for corporate and institutional clients across Indonesia and Asia Pacific. Our work goes beyond conventional training: we build experiential programmes, business simulations, and games that help participants learn by doing, making decisions, experiencing the consequences, and reflecting on the results.

We are a small, hands-on team with offices in Indonesia and Singapore, working on multiple client programmes at any one time. Interns here are part of that team from day one. You will work alongside our consultants and programme managers on real client programmes, see how a programme moves from concept to delivery, and take ownership of clearly defined tasks with guidance along the way.

Job Description

Role Summary

You will work with our program and operations team across the preparation, delivery, and follow-up stages of learning programs. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys keeping details organised, communicating with different people, and helping an event run smoothly. You will receive guidance from the team while taking ownership of clearly defined tasks.

What You Will Do

1) Project coordination

  • Update project timelines, task trackers, meeting notes, and follow-up lists.

  • Help coordinate schedules and information across internal teams, facilitators, vendors, and clients.

  • Track outstanding items and flag delays or missing information early.

  • Develop relationships with our clients and partners to market our training programs through events, digital marketing, and roadshow.

2) Training logistics and event support

  • Prepare and check training materials and collateral, including participant guides, worksheets, name tags, signage, and other session supplies.

  • Coordinate practical arrangements with venues and vendors, such as room setup, audiovisual requirements, catering, and delivery schedules.

  • Support registration, participant communications, setup, and troubleshooting before and during in-person or online sessions.

  • Collect attendance records and feedback, then help organise post-program materials.

3) Program marketing and community outreach

  • Help promote selected training programs to relevant communities and public audiences.

  • Draft or adapt simple promotional copy for email, social media, and event listings.

  • Coordinate outreach with community partners and help respond to prospective participants.

  • Maintain registration and outreach trackers, and share updates on sign-ups and campaign activity.

4) Documentation and quality checks

  • Check materials and communications for accuracy, consistency, and completeness.

  • Keep project files, contact lists, and program records organised and up to date.

  • Take photos and videos throughout the program.

Requirements

  • A current university student or recent graduate. Relevant fields may include Business, Communications, Marketing, Education, Hospitality, or Event Management, but we welcome applicants from other disciplines.

  • Strong organisation skills and attention to detail, with the ability to follow through on several tasks at once.

  • Clear written and spoken English, and confidence communicating with colleagues, vendors, and participants.

  • Comfortable using common productivity tools such as Google Workspace or Microsoft Office.

  • Willing and able to support in-person program delivery in Singapore when required.

  • Curious, dependable, and comfortable asking questions or raising issues early.

Nice to Have

  • Experience organising university, community, training, or other events.

  • Experience with social media content, community outreach, or event promotion.
