Job Description
Join Good to Great for a 6-month internship and get hands-on experience in both design and print. Working with our team, you’ll create designs from real client briefs and see them through to print and installation.

Responsibilities
Design Development: Create designs that match our clients’ brand identities and marketing goals for online and offline campaigns. This includes posters, banners, social media graphics, brochures, backdrops and website elements.

Desktop Publishing: Prepare, check and fix files for print, including bleed, trim, resolution, colour mode (CMYK), fonts and dielines.

Adaptation: Adapt and resize artwork across formats and print sizes.

Site & event support: Join team on site visits, installations and events when needed.

Project support: Organize digital files, revisions and deadlines organised.

Qualifications & Work Experience
Currently pursuing, or recently graduated with, a diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication or a related field, or equivalent hands-on experience.

You must have a portfolio or school projects to show your design work.

Skills

• Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop and Canva.
• Basic understanding of print (CMYK vs RGB, Pantone, bleed and margins).
• A sharp eye for typography, layout and detail.
• The ability to take feedback well and explain technical print issues clearly to clients.
• Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills.
• High adaptability and willingness to learn and grow
