NTUC FairPrice Co-operative Pte Ltd is part of the tertiary sector and belongs in the retail industry. This organization is based in Singapore and was found in 1973 with the mission to moderate the cost of living in Singapore and to ensure household products were more affordable for citizens. Primary Responsibilities:
•Partner directly with recruiters and hiring managers to coordinate interviews
•Coordinate candidate onboarding offer documents
•Participate in and coordinate on-site and off-site recruitment events
•Extract data for analysis and reporting
•Prepare slides decks for presentations to external/internal stakeholders
•Provide administrative support to the HR Business Partners
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
•Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
•Excited about Talent/HR/Recruiting, as a function
•Self-motivated; can take initiative and follows through reliably
•Accustomed to multitasking, prioritizing and meeting multiple tight deadlines
•Organized, detail-oriented, and accurate
•Good communicator, with strong written and presentation skills
