The Institute of Mental Health (IMH) is an acute tertiary psychiatric hospital with 1950 beds. We offer a comprehensive range of psychiatric, rehabilitative and counselling services for children, adolescents, adults, and the elderly.

Job Description

1. Talent Acquisition Project Supported end-to-end recruitment cycles by coordinating candidate sourcing, interview scheduling, and onboarding activities Improved candidate experience through timely communication and streamlined coordination processes

2. Talent Management & Succession Planning (TMSP) Project Supported execution of TMSP processes by coordinating deliberation panels and stakeholder discussions 

Delivered timely and accurate documentation of talent decisions, ensuring clear tracking of succession actions and follow-through 

3. Learning & Development Project Assisted in the design and coordination of training programmes and workshops 

Tracked participation and learning outcomes to support workforce development initiatives 

4. HR Data & Analytics Project Compiled and analysed HR data (e.g., recruitment, training, engagement metrics) 

Developed reports and dashboards to support HR insights and decision-making 

5. Employee Engagement Project Supported planning and execution of employee engagement initiatives and events 

Contributed to improving employee experience through feedback collection and programme coordination 

6. HR Governance & Operations Optimisation Project Coordinated HR meetings and governance forums, ensuring timely preparation of materials and accurate documentation 

Identified opportunities to streamline HR processes and improve operational efficiency
