Job Description

Are you interested in learning how Human Resource works behind the scenes? This internship gives you hands-on exposure to the full employee and intern journey – from recruitment and onboarding to payroll support, employee records, leave administration, and exit processes.

Job Responsibilities

  • Supporting the recruitment process for interns, including posting job descriptions, coordinating interviews, evaluating candidates, and preparing offer documents.
  • Helping with student internship recruitment through job portals, schools, and internship fairs.
  • Coordinating interviews and ensuring candidates have a smooth and professional experience.
  • Supporting onboarding matters, including contract preparation, new hire orientation, first-day logistics, data verification, and personnel file creation.
  • Maintaining accurate employee and intern files, records, and HR data.
  • Assisting with monthly payroll updates by adding new staff and interns and removing those who have left.
  • Supporting exit processes, including clearance documents, handover coordination, and attendance system updates.
  • Administering the e-leave system, government grants, and claims.
  • Providing general HR administrative support where needed.

What You’ll Gain

You will gain practical experience in the full HR operations cycle and see how recruitment, onboarding, payroll, employee records, leave, claims, and exit processes are managed in a real working environment.

This role is ideal for someone who wants meaningful exposure to HR and is comfortable taking ownership of detailed administrative work.

Who We’re Looking For

We are looking for someone who is organized, responsible, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with confidential information. You should be proactive, willing to learn, and able to manage multiple tasks with care.

  • Diploma or equivalent qualification in a relevant field, preferably Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

  • Meticulous, adaptable, and positive, with a willingness to learn.
  • Able to work independently while also being a supportive team player.
